Brace yourself, your pets, and your plants. It’s going to be a cold night, according to KENS 5 meteorologist Bill Taylor.
As the sun is setting and temperatures are dropping rapidly as strong winds have been gusting more than 40 miles per hour in the San Antonio area.
A cold front is moving in bringing dry and cold conditions that will lead to a light freeze overnight. It’ll get into the mid-30s in the city but outside of Loop 1604, temperatures will drop into the low 30s.
Saturday and Sunday morning temperatures will be even colder, so get the lip balm ready to deal with the cold and dry conditions.
