    SWAT team's 'wallbanger' gives them the upper hand  

    The SWAT team is using a new tool that was getting a test-run during training this week. The 'wallbanger' is a flash-bang device on a pole. It's a new and different way to handle a barricaded suspect. Criminals sometimes have the advantage when they know officers are coming through a door, this tool gives authorities the upper hand.
