Parents of Judson ISD special needs student allege abuse

The parents of a 6th grader at Kirby Middle School say she has been subjected to physical abuse and racial slurs. They say the child's grades have now plummeted. But after meeting with the district, stepdad Matthew Dawson has been banned from campus.
