Vandals return to NISD elementary school; no cameras in place to keep watch

Schoolchildren and teachers at Scobee Elementary School were greeted Monday morning by the sight of a broken glass window in the foyer of the building. “This is a huge deal for us. It’s very frustrating,” Scobee Principal Ron Tatsch said.
