SAPD: Suspect points shotgun at officer, flees

A man who allegedly shot himself in the foot while pulling a shotgun on an officer has been arrested following a three-hour manhunt. Police found the suspect hiding in a vacant house in the 200 block of Rehman around 6 p.m. Friday.
