Texas burglary suspect wants to sue civilian who shot him

When a neighbor thought police responding to a burglary call were in danger of being run over by the suspects' vehicle, he opened fire, hitting two suspects. "Both of us put our hands up," said Joey Ross. "He still shot. He was trying to kill us."
