Vroom! 85-mph toll road from San Antonio to Austin opens

Two new sections of State Highway 130 will open Wednesday morning with a posted speed limit of 85 mph. Sections five and six stretch from Mustang Ridge, just south of Austin, to Seguin, where the country's fastest toll road intersects with I-10.
