'Hog Out' program offers Texas hunters $2 bounty for each tail

Statewide, agriculture officials blame the feral hogs for almost $600 million worth of damage. Last year, they approved hunting hogs from helicopters. This year, they're offering hunters a $2 bounty for every hog tail they turn in.
