SAPD: One dead, 3 injured in west-side road-rage rollover

It was a case of road rage, authorities say, that claimed the life of one man along Hwy. 151 Monday afternoon. According to police, when an SUV cutoff a maroon truck, one of the drivers pulled out a gun and started firing.
