Deputy claims self-defense in shooting of 19-year-old man

Authorities say a 19-year-old man was walking down Culebra Road and "acting suspiciously" early Sunday. When a deputy moved in to take a closer look, officials say it was the deputy who felt his life endangered. He shot the suspect...multiple times.
