Cyclist blindsided in fatal crash; family says he knew the dangers

He was riding his bike home from work on West Avenue when a 17-year-old driver reportedly struck and killed Devan Smith. Smith’s brothers said they feel sorry for the Churchill High School student. They said Devan would be the first to forgive him.
