Castro's Jefferson High teacher uses DNC speech to inspire

In his keynote address at the DNC, San Antonio Mayor Julián Castro not only mentioned his alma mater, Thomas Jefferson High School, by name, but he said his high school classmates had the same “talent” and “brains” as his classmates at Stanford.
