Rescues ongoing in flooded Plaquemines Parish

President Billy Nungesser said that the town of Braithwaite is being inundated with 10-12 feet of water, with Hurricane Isaac chasing those that stayed behind to their attics and rooftops seeking high ground as they scramble to get out the parish.
