Von Ormy suspends all-volunteer no-kill animal shelter

Von Ormy has a $4,000 budget for animal control, and for the past two years they have had volunteers work as officers for no pay. But that's now at an end, and workers are scrambling to find homes for the dogs for fear they will be euthanized.
