Eagle Ford Shale gas, oil companies fight back against road repair fees

Residents are blinded by clouds of caliche dust stirred up by a constant stream of 18-wheelers going in and out of Eagle Ford Shale. Road repair crews can't keep up. Besides, 'donations' and gentlemen's agreements won't cover the cost.
