San Antonio's Haven for Hope leaves neighbors 'hopeless'

Neighbors said street traffic from the nearby homeless shelter has made residents in the Gardendale area prisoners in their own homes. The shelter has stiff rules. When they're broken, clients are tossed out and land in nearby residents' front yards.
