13-year-old raises cash for K-9 heat alarms

Chris Carswell, 13, has donated 25 hot car alarms to help protect K-9 units across the country. KENS 5's Deborah Knapp spoke with Carswell via Skype just one week after two K-9s died inside a Bexar County deputy's cruiser.
