Staff of volunteers allows Texas city to cut property taxes again

It's often promised and rarely done. The City of Von Ormy is an exception. Mayor Art Martinez De Vara wants to cut property taxes again this year by 10 percent. It would be the third consecutive year the young city has cut taxes.
