Man claims self-defense, but Castle Hills cops say it was the dog who needed protection

A local man is sitting in jail Tuesday accused of drowning a friend's dog while at a pool party. According to Castle Hills police, the 65-year-old man says the dog bit him and he drowned it in self-defense.
