Arrest made in Boerne bicyclist's hit-and-run investigation

Investigators say 68-year-old Larry Becker was riding his bike on the I-10 access road in Boerne near the Pfifer Road exit when someone hit him with his vehicle. The driver of that vehicle did not stop to help.
