10 years later: New Braunfels reflects on costly 2002 flood

This week marks the tenth anniversary of the devastating flooding in New Braunfels that saw more than 40 inches of rain fall in a week's span. When the rains finally stopped, nine people were killed with an estimated $1 billion in damages statewide.
