Texas foster mom fighting for more rights after child's death

A six year old girl who had just finished kindergarten in Fort Worth drowned in Oklahoma two weeks ago. The woman who raised her for much of her life had no rights after her death. And now that foster mom plans to fight for rights, and respect.
