Family, police search for leads in fatal S.W. Military Drive accident

It’s been almost a month since a tragic accident took the life of 25-year-old Erick Arteaga, but the family of the victim is still seeking answers as to how it all happened. There were some witnesses, but the other vehicle involved fled the scene.
