The Murph: Thousands honor Navy SEAL with pre-deployment workout

Start with a one-mile run, then do 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats and then finish with another one-mile run...all within an hour. It seems unusual, but for thousands it's a fitting way to remember fallen Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy.
