Two teens were airlifted to the hospital after a joy ride turned dangerous Saturday afternoon.
San Antonio police say a group of teens were four-wheeling in the Stone Oak Parkway area when their truck flipped over at around 4 p.m.
Two of the teens were airlifted to University Hospital. One of the teens suffered serious head injuries.
