A 25-year-old burglary suspect won't be getting out of jail anytime soon.
Police say at around 3 a.m. Tuesday they found Roberto Martinez in the air-conditioning duct of a convenience store, attempting to burglarize the business in the 7200 block of Brook Valley.
Police say when Martinez crawled back onto the roof of the building he was arrested.
According to investigators, Martinez claimed he was homeless and hungry and was just looking for food.
In addition to the bond on the burglary charge, Martinez also has an immigration hold.
