Dancing and staying active has always been an important part of my life. As a choreographer and fitness instructor, I understand the physical challenges individuals face as they get older. Physical activity is a key part of living a positive and fulfilling life, and it’s important for all of us to take care of our bodies in order to continue to do to the things we enjoy doing.
The Move Free® Dancers are a recreational performing dance troupe of active adults between the ages of 50 and 64, whose mission is to inspire people of all life stages to keep moving, maintain strong and healthy joints, and do the things they love to do, at any age. We are people just like you who are determined to continue dancing. How do they do it?
