SAN ANTONIO -- Last year, accidents claimed the lives of 470 motorcyclists on Texas roadways. Samuel Aguirre, TxDot Traffic Safety Specialist, visited the Kens 5 studios to discuss the ongoing "Share the Road" motorcycle campaign, which is geared toward advocating safety for all motorists on the road. Aguirre stresses that drivers share the road with motorcyclists, anticipate their next steps, and look twice at intersections. And, of course, motorcyclists should wear a helmet.
