Leprechauns are taking over a small town in Wisconsin. For one week every March, the city of New London becomes New Dublin, and is transformed into an irish paradise. The festivities began way back when folks at the local Shamrock Club switched the New London city sign to New Dublin. The weeklong entertainment includes Irish caroling, traditional food and two Celtic bands. New London is also the site of Wisconsin's largest St. Patrick's Day parade.
