San Antonio firefighters are on the scene of a two-story house fire. The home is in the 6000 block of Woodway in the Woodridge Village, near Babcock and Prue.

Battalion chief Robert Elizondo said the fire started on the outside of the home and quickly spread to the attic.

Two dogs were rescued from the home. One was found right away; firefighters had to search for the other one. Both are okay.

Firefighters estimate $60,000 in damage was caused.

The exact cause of the fire is under investigation.
