South Texas will have to continue to monitor the Gulf, as a developing tropical low pressure system moves towards us. Starting Thursday, rain chances will significantly increase for much of the viewing area from a surge of tropical moisture. Currently, the National Hurricane Center has a 40% chance of tropical cyclone formation for the system near the Yucatan. Check back for further updates.
