Artificial 'jellyfish' built out of rat cells used to study heart

Scientists at Caltech and Harvard have teamed up to create a bio-engineered jellyfish.

It was made through a complex reverse-engineering process using the heart muscle cells of rats.

Scientists say the jellyfish, which pumps water much like a heart pumps blood, could one day lead to the reverse engineering of human organs and help to save lives.
