SAN ANTONIO -- New developments have surfaced in connection with the death of SAPD officer Stephanie Brown.

The Bexar County District Attorney's Office is reviewing a recommendation to file criminal charges against the bar employees who served Christopher Baldaramos.

Baldaramos crashed his vehicle head-on into Brown's patrol car last March.

Investigators say Baldaramos had consumed the equivalent of 20 cans of beer.

The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission has also recommended one of the bars involved, The Flying Saucer, have its alcohol permit revoked.

A hearing is expected to be held on that matter in a couple of weeks.
