SAN ANTONIO -- Police say an afternoon of drinking came to a violent end on the city's southeast side.

The men were allegedly drinking for nearly eight hours on Wednesday outside an apartment in the 7300 block of Hanzi Drive.

San Antonio police said two of the men got into an argument and one of the men was stabbed int he ribs. Another man was cut in the hand while trying to break up the fight.

It was not immediately clear whether any charges would be filed.
