Spurs' Manu Ginobili, who has already missed a chunk of the season, was taken out of Wednesday night's game after smacking head-first into Sacramento's Tyreke Evans.
Unlike Evans, Ginobili did not return to the game. However, he reportedly suffered a cut inside his right ear and is expected to be fine.
We appreciate the hustle, Manu. But please, keep yourself healthy for the playoffs.
