Dark clouds and rain threatened Chalk It Up artpace but professionals, local students and wanna be artists grabbed chalk to create colorful masterpieces along Houston street in Downtown San Antonio - Saturday, October 8, 2011. The creative juices really began to flow once the clouds finally opened up and rain poured down on the city streets. According to artspace.org/chalk-it-up The annual event draws local and tourists who want to let their creative juices flow.
