Spurs teammates Tony Parker and Manu Ginobili both notched wins on Thursday in Game 3 of the 2012 London Olympics. Parker led France (2-1) to a 82-74 win over Lithuania, while Ginobili and Argentina (2-1) stomped Tunisia, 92-69.
