SLIDESHOW: Canines have howling good time at costume contest

Dogs of all shapes and sizes got decked out for a canine costume contest at Discovery Green in Houston. It was part of the Dock Dogs event over the weekend. The pooches pranced around as they competed for prizes in four categories.
