Tubers make big splash on Guadalupe, Comal Rivers
Recent damaging floods and the aftermath of ominous Hurricane Alex had Texas tubers stuck under cover. But, if this past weekend is any indication, it is smooth sailing ahead for tubers and outfitters alike along the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers.
