Seguin police close seven-month investigation into synthetic must bust.  The case stems from reports of the sale and use of synthetic marijuana at a local convenience store.

Around 8:00 last night, officers with the Seguin PD special crimes unit conducted a search warrant at the JG Foodmart, which is located on the 1000 block of the Highway 123 bypass.

Officers recovered over 330 bags of "Kush" which is a type of synthetic marijuana, and approximately $10,000.00 in cash.  Three people, including the store owner, were taken into custody.
