It's been four days and hundreds of patients at Methodist Hospital have been without hot water.
Palmira Arellano with Methodist says the hospital's boiler broke last Tuesday. They've been working on fixing it ever since.
In the meantime, we're told patients are having to eat cold meals, take cold showers and in some instances, cover up with extra blankets to warm up.
One woman, who delivered her baby here, says she's concerned about the spread of germs.
But Arellano says there is no need to worry because equipment is being sterilized at other locations.
She adds that the hot water should be back on by Sunday.
