We caught up with Colene of Women's Super Fitness to develop a fat-blasting workout just in time for Summer. 

This week kicked off a three part series of interval training to tone and pump, not plump, us up for summer. 

The three exercises featured in this weeks segment:

Lateral Lunges
Renegade Rows
Dumb bell twist
