INGREDIENTS: MASA - Getting your ingredients together, the team points out that you can purchase masa at the H-E-B tortilleria prepared or un-prepared. Sandra says the store grinds it fresh. (Students are invited to feel the texture and taste the flavor of the masa.) You can use an anise tea for flavoring, or try another flavor. Experimenting can be fun and can result in some exciting flavor options.
