SAN ANTONIO -- A neighborhood in northwest Bexar County near Loop 1604 and Shaenfield Road has been hit by paintball vandals.

Several homes and vehicles were struck by the tiny paint projectiles, and neighbors aren't happy to be targeted.

Residents filed a report with the Bexar County Sheriff's Office after paint splatters were found on their homes.

Grace Shirley said she heard a loud noise outside of her house recently and went out to investigate.

She had to spend a few hours washing the splattered paint off her garage door, windows and home.

Rick Barrera said his truck was hit by paintballs, as well.

Both neighbors said they think the vandals were visiting someone who lives in the area.
