After a nasty spill, a San Antonio school sent a 6-year-old child home with scrapes and bruises all over her face. The child's parent says the fall was caused by a seizure. She says she expected an emergency call from the school nurse. That call never came.

Candi Rodriguez isn't waiting for another poor judgment call. She pulled her daughter out of SAISD. Now the district is trying to make things right.

KENS 5's James Muñoz has their story.
