San Antonio police made a bizarre arrest after an armed robbery suspect is caught with his pants down.
Within minutes authorities were at the door of Jeremy Flores.
"They don't even have no evidence on me," said the suspect.
Police say Flores walked into the Shell gas station at I-35 and Malone around six in the afternoon on Saturday, pulled out a small handgun, pointed it at a clerk, and demanded money.
The clerk complied and Flores walked away, say authorities. A witness reported that before the thief left, he pick up a small case of beer.
Detectives say a police officer who knows the area well saw Flores and pursued him to his home nearby. Flores entered his home, started changing clothes and that's when officers collared him.
Flores was immediately taken into custody in his shirt and boxers.
According to police, the 17-year-old suspect has a lengthy criminal history.
He will be charged with one count of Aggravated Robbery.
