8-year-old St. Louis boy issued restraining order at school

Kid Gets Restraining Order

ST. LOUIS, MO – An 8-year-old boy was removed from his third-grade class after being issued a restraining order by a deputy.

According to KMOV, it all stems over a neighborhood feud. The boy’s mother said, Peyton is not allowed to return to school, or even leave his home under the threat of arrest.

The boy is also prohibited from being within 1,000 feet of children who live near his home.

A man in the neighborhood filed a complaint after he said the boy made threats against his children. However, both parents said they’ve been arguing in recent months.

Peyton’s mother says she must now home school her child until a court appearance later this month.
