How much powdered, smokeless tobacco otherwise known as snuff tobacco do you think you could snort within 60 seconds?

Well, 290 participants from Austria, Germany, Switzerland and the USA gathered outside of Munich, Germany on Saturday, July 7, 2012 to compete in the 18th running of the Snuff World Championships.

Competitors are given a 5 gram snuff box and after the minute's up, points are given based on the amount of snuff consumed and the overall 'cleanliness of the snuff site'.

What do you think about the contest? Is it as disgusting at Nathan's annual Hot Dog Eating Contest?
