Warrant: Bomb hoax called into ex-girlfriend's work, man arrested

Attempt to woo woman considered terror

SAN ANTONIO -- Deputies said a man was arrested after he was accused of calling a bomb threat into his ex-girlfriend's workplace.

The Bexar County Sheriff's Office said Mark Lumbreras was arrested on a terroristic threat charge.

He reportedly called the Church's Chicken location in the 12800 block of Potranco Road and told them a bomb was in a trash container on the property on Nov. 2

An arrest warrant states he was trying to get his estranged girlfriend's attention.

He had called her upwards of 30 times on Halloween, according to the warrant, but she would not take calls at work.

When a manager answered the phone, Lumbreras reportedly made the bomb threat.
Two other businesses were evacuated due to the hoax.

Deputies said his phone number was still on the caller ID.
