NEW BRAUNFELS -- The motion to quash the case against the teen accused of making 'terroristic' threats on Facebook was denied Monday.
According to the indictment, Justin Carter wrote on Facebook: "Shoot up a kindergarten watch the blood rain down and eat the beating heart out of one of them." He was then charged with making terroristic threats.
He was arrested in February and posted the $500,000 bond in July.
With the motion to quash denied, the case will move forward. The next date has not been announced.
